THE STORY
WHAT THIS RUN BUILDS
A Pac's Arcade is an open space where people make art together — music, painting, code, whatever form the magic takes. Free classes teach bitcoin, nostr, and self-custody on the arcade floor. Educational games live next to the workbenches. It runs as a non-profit: paying it forward for someone else should be normal.
Behind the arcade sits the engine: shipping containers of bitcoin miners — around 210 machines per container, two containers per location if we can get them — powered by renewable energy the arcade generates itself. Solar, wind, hydro: whatever the site supports. The energy is the business model, not an afterthought. Mining converts abundant local energy into bitcoin for a community fund, and the machines themselves are the classroom.
Nothing goes to waste. Miner heat warms community gardens that grow real food, and can be piped to nearby homes — including efficiency units built from the same shipping containers. Someone who lost a job can walk in, learn how the machines work, service them, repurpose them, and leave with skills and a community.
The brand kit is how this spreads. It gives any city the financial data, the building checklist, the power feasibility math, the marketing assets, and the partnership playbook to stand up their own Pac's Arcade. This campaign funds making that kit real — then the city applications open.

YOUR SATS, THE HONEST VERSION
Pac's Arcade never holds your sats — every contribution lands directly in the campaign's own wallet, watched (not spendable) by this site. If a milestone can't be delivered, refunds are issued by the campaign creator from that wallet, and every outgoing transaction is publicly visible on-chain with an annotation explaining what it paid for. That ledger is the promise: you can always check whether we kept our word.
